1. Acceptance
By using arclhub.com, the ARCL Online Armory or connected ARCL services, you agree to these Terms and the Community Rules. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age requirements of Discord, Arma Reforger and the laws that apply to you. If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, you must obtain it before using the services.
3. Accounts and identity
You are responsible for activity performed through your Discord account and linked Bohemia identity. Do not share access, impersonate another person, link an identity you do not control, or bypass restrictions using additional accounts.
4. Acceptable use
You must not cheat, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with services, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious material, harass others, evade moderation, automate access without permission, or use the platform for unlawful activity.
5. User content and loadouts
You retain ownership of content you submit. By publishing a loadout or other content, you give ARCL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and technically modify that content as needed to operate the platform. You confirm that you have the right to submit it.
ARCL may hide or remove content that is unsafe, unlawful, misleading, infringing or inconsistent with community standards.
6. Loadout deployment
Deploying a shared loadout replaces the destination slot you select. Although ARCL uses offline checks, temporary reconnect protection, atomic writes and read-back verification, you remain responsible for choosing the correct slot and keeping backups of anything important.
7. Moderation and suspension
ARCL administrators may warn, restrict, suspend or remove access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect the community or secure the services. Serious conduct may result in immediate action.
8. Intellectual property
ARCL branding and original platform materials belong to their respective owners and may not be reused without permission. Arma Reforger and related marks belong to Bohemia Interactive. ARCL is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bohemia Interactive.
9. Availability and warranties
Services are provided on an “as available” basis. ARCL does not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, compatibility with every mod version, or that every community loadout is suitable for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, ARCL and its volunteers are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from service interruption, user content, lost loadout data or use of community builds. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
11. Changes and termination
ARCL may change or discontinue features and may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
